• Position Overview**

We offer a suite of localization services for users who seek to make their websites, apps, and multimedia content multilingual. Our main services include:

- **WOVN.io** - SaaS for website multilingualization

- **WOVN.app** - SaaS for smartphone app multilingualization

- **WOVN.video** - SaaS for video subtitle localization

These products are primarily used by large enterprises and global companies looking to localize their content and information for international expansion or to support non-Japanese users both domestically and abroad. We have successfully deployed our solutions on over **18,000 websites and mobile apps** to date.

We aim to provide the most **simple and effective localization solutions** without compromising on system functionality, with a strong emphasis on **quality and usability**. Our mission is to deliver a **world-class, user-friendly experience** for everyone.

In our development team, we embody the principle of **"Be Agile"**, extending beyond engineering to include **customer observation, requirement analysis, UX/UI design, and validation of effectiveness**. • Work Style & Philosophy**

As part of our hiring criteria, we would like to share our work style and core policies (values we hold dear). Since we place strong emphasis on building a team with a good cultural fit, we hope to welcome those who resonate with the following ideas:

- We adopt LeSS (Large-Scale Scrum) as our development framework. While we handle multiple products for business reasons, we maintain a single backlog. Backlog items are created by members themselves, refined collaboratively, and prioritized by the Product Owner (PO).

- Each sprint lasts for two weeks, and development is carried out by cross-functional teams. For more details about our development style, please refer to the official LeSS guidelines.

- We have a full in-office policy and place great importance on "working together in the same place at the same time." We value collaboration through direct conversations, using whiteboards, and practicing mob programming.

Qualifications

* 7+ years of web development experience with 2+ years at a single company

* Native level of Japanese language skill

* Interest in languages and internationalization (i18n)

* Alignment with our development and working policy, such as full in-office work.

Work hours

#### General

- Full-flex time system

- Standard work hours: 8 hours per day

- Break hours: 60 minutes per day

#### Engineers and designers

- Discretionary labor system

- There are no set working hours. (Regardless of the actual hours worked, the employee is considered to have worked 8 hours per day.)

- Break hours: 60 minutes per day

Salary raise

- Twice a year (April and October)

The assessment will be based on semiannual personnel evaluations.

Allowances
