Missions

• Lead a team of full-stack engineers to build and enhance the guest web ordering experience, focusing on menu, cart, checkout, and promotions.
• Drive the experimentation engine to push guest conversion toward 10%, implementing disciplined experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
• Scale the product for enterprise and multi-location brands, ensuring reliability and menu complexity, while maintaining a high bar on what is shipped.

Profil recherché

- 3+ years of engineering management, leading teams of 6-10+ engineers on customer-facing product

- Experience scaling a product for enterprise or multi-location customers

- Excellent cross-functional partner to PM, design, and adjacent teams

- Technical credibility in full-stack web (React/TypeScript, Node.js) and data-heavy systems

- Strong prioritization: you can take a roadmap bigger than your team and make hard, clear calls

- Cares about team health and has led people through heavy or repetitive workloads
