Job Description :
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for real-world business problems.
- Work on areas such as recommendation systems, search & ranking, demand forecasting, personalization, customer intelligence, and operational optimization.
- Build and improve ML pipelines covering data preparation, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Work with large datasets to identify patterns, generate insights, and build predictive solutions.
- Experiment with different ML algorithms and approaches to improve model performance and business metrics.
- Develop scalable and production-ready ML solutions in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams.
- Implement model monitoring, retraining, and performance optimization for production systems.
- Explore and integrate Generative AI / LLM-based solutions where relevant to OZi's products and operations.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into measurable ML problems and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in machine learning, deep learning, LLMs, and AI infrastructure.
Requirements :
- 2 - 5 years of experience in Machine Learning / AI / Data Science, preferably with experience deploying models in production.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and data structures.
- Hands-on experience with ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or equivalent.
- Experience working with SQL and large datasets.
- Understanding of model evaluation, feature engineering, experimentation, and optimization.
- Experience with ML deployment, APIs, model serving, or MLOps is a plus.
- Familiarity with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, RAG, prompt engineering, or GenAI applications is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
