Нам важно, чтобы Вы были искренне заинтересованы развиваться в области информационных технологий. А мы, в свою очередь, готовы помогать осваивать новые знания и приобретать навыки в реальных рабочих задачах.
Вы будете
- Обеспечивать бесперебойное функционирование оборудования на рабочих местах сотрудников компании, принимать оперативные меры по устранению возникающих в процессе работы неполадок.
- Взаимодействовать с региональными коллегами по технической поддержке и с остальными IT-структурами холдинга.
- Участвовать в работе компании по улучшению качества услуг службы поддержки.
- Работать в HelpDesk: принимать и фиксировать заявки от пользователей, передавать на другие линии поддержки, контролировать процесс выполнения.
- Осуществлять поддержку, обучение и консультирование сотрудников компании по вопросам, касающимся компьютеров и программного обеспечения.
- Писать инструкции для пользователей и коллег, наполнять и поддерживать базы знаний в актуальном состоянии.
- Вести учёт основных средств компании, предоставлять данные по их перемещениям для бухгалтерии, участвовать в инвентаризации.
Нам важно
- Опыт работы в сфере технической поддержки от 1 года.
- Опыт поддержки парка компьютерного оборудования и оргтехники в крупных организациях.
- Знание актуальных ОС семейства Windows на уровне администратора, работа с ними в домене и Active Directory, отличное знание продуктов MS Office.
- Знание ОС Windows 10 и Ubuntu.
- Хорошие коммуникативные навыки и грамотная письменная речь.
