岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1. 参与团队的整体运营，负责公司内外部药物研发项目管理，追踪合同进度，追踪并协调安排人力等资源的投入情况;
2. 参与对外项目策略的制定与谈判，把控项目的整体协调、关键时间点及潜在风险，及时地发现、解决项目进程中可能出现的技术问题以确保项目顺利进行;
3. 根据项目整体研发计划，负责推进专项业务项目的执行，协调内外部的部门和资源，开展外包询价并跟踪订单执行;
4. 负责审核验收委托试验结果，与项目owner对接;
5. 项目会议的组织、材料汇总和事项跟进;
6. 与相关团队成员的密切合作关系，提供技术咨询，解决技术和运营问题。
任职要求 / Requirements
1. 生物学、药物相关专业，硕士以上学位，至少2年相关生物技术公司或制药企业或外包公司新药研发相关经验;
2. 有较强的沟通能力，良好的与人交流协作的能力;
3. 熟悉药物临床前研发过程,有过从苗头化合物到临床候选化合物全程工作经验和参与过IND申报者优先;
4. 有项目管理相关技能及经验，较强的项目把控能力和交付能力;
5. 学习能力强，逻辑清晰，思维敏捷，有上进心。
