岗位职责 / Responsibilities

岗位职责：

1.完成项目交付流程，制定项目交付计划，明确项目任务和时间节点;

2.跟踪项目执行过程，协调公司内部资源，及时解决项目实施过程中出现的问题，确保项目按计划推进;

3.负责与客户沟通项目进展情况，收集客户意见，组织项目验收，完成项目交付后的复盘总结工作。

任职要求 / Requirements

任职要求：

1.本科及以上学历，5年及以上工作经验，生化环材专业优先;

2.掌握项目管理基础知识（PMP／敏捷开发加分）; 能使用原型工具输出低保真／高保真原型; 具备优秀的PPT制作与汇报能力;

3.沟通表达能力突出，擅长跨部门协作; 有学生会／社团活动组织经验者优先;

4.具备较强的学习能力和适应能力，能够快速掌握新知识和技能;

5.良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够与不同部门的人员有效沟通，共同完成工作任务。
