Responsabilidades:
- Fazer prospecção ativa de escolas;
- Qualificação dos leads;
- Mapeamento das necessidades e dores do lead;
- Agendamentos e realizações de reuniões com escolas;
- Estar à frente do contato com o cliente desde a identificação da oportunidade até o fechamento do negócio;
- Apresentar e negociar condições pedagógicas e financeiras;
- Participar de reuniões com pais e alunos;
- Manter o CRM atualizado;
- Negociações diárias.
Requisitos e qualificações:
- Possuir pelo menos 4 anos de experiência
- Experiência com vendas B2B (ciclos mais longos/vendas complexas);
- Experiência como CRM e funil de vendas;
- Familiaridade com metas e orientado a resultado;
- Ter disponibilidade para viagens;
- Ter CNH (válida).
