Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Own the hiring strategy and work closely with hiring teams to meet their hiring goals and targets.
• Responsible for the Entire Recruitment life cycle.
• Review and understand technical job requirements.
• Review applicants to verify if the position requirements are met and evaluate on the basis of skills, functionality, domain, experience and qualification.
• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks.
• Scheduling, coordination, and ownership of the entire recruitment cycle.
• Promote our employer brand online and offline.
• Constantly improve recruiting processes, develop innovative ideas around finding and attracting top talent.
• Work with hiring managers to identify talent gaps and develop compelling and inclusive job ads.
• Always seek to improve our processes and candidate experience.
• Take candidates through the recruiting process.
• Ensure responses and follow through.
• Track candidate progress.
• Follow up on tests, interviews, and hiring status with leads.
• Screen applications and share appropriate candidates with hiring managers.
• Creative talent sourcing.
• Initiate and communicate with potential candidates.
• Conduct phone screens and organise in-person interviews.
• Coordinate offer and hiring processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of recruitment experience.
• Hands-on experience with recruiting IT professionals.
• Work experience with remote teams on collaboration platforms.
• Successful recruiting tenure in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong background in technical recruiting and/or a solid understanding of software engineering skill sets.
• Experience serving as an advisor and partner to hiring managers and leadership for all things related to recruiting.
• Stellar networking skills and the ability to make smart recruiting partnerships happen.
