Are you looking to build your product management career while contributing to technology that supports safer workplaces? We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Workforce Safety Product team.

In this role, you will work closely with Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, and UX teams to help shape and deliver product enhancements for a workforce safety platform used by organisations across a range of industries. You will support the development of product roadmaps, gather customer insights, define requirements, and contribute to the successful delivery of new features.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of product strategy and roadmaps
• Create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on sprint planning, backlog management, and feature delivery
• Collect and analyse customer feedback to inform product decisions
• Help define product success metrics and evaluate new feature requests
• Contribute to release communications, documentation, and stakeholder updates
• Partner with UX teams on user flows, wireframes, and usability testing

Skills and Experience

• Experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related technology-focused role
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Experience with SaaS products and tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Analytical approach to problem-solving and decision-making
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
