About the Role

Pavago is hiring a Recruiter to source, screen, and deliver top remote talent across Sales, Operations, Marketing, Customer Support, Executive Assistance, Finance, and Technology.

This is a fast-paced, full-cycle recruiting role where you’ll manage multiple searches, build strong talent pipelines, conduct candidate interviews, and partner with hiring teams to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes for clients worldwide.

Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing

• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.
• Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive talent.
• Develop sourcing strategies for a variety of roles.
• Continuously identify new talent pools and sourcing channels.

Candidate Screening

• Conduct recruiter phone and video interviews.
• Evaluate candidates based on communication, technical skills, experience, and culture fit.
• Prepare interview summaries and candidate evaluations.
• Ensure candidates are ready for client interviews.

Recruitment Process Management

• Manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and pipeline updates.
• Ensure searches move efficiently while maintaining quality.

Client & Team Collaboration

• Partner with Account Managers and internal teams on hiring priorities.
• Present qualified candidates with resumes, interview notes, salary expectations, and video recordings.
• Adjust sourcing strategies based on client feedback.
• Support urgent hiring requests across multiple industries.

Candidate Experience

• Maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
• Keep candidates informed of interview progress and next steps.
• Build strong relationships with candidates.
• Deliver a professional and responsive recruitment experience.

Required Experience & Skills

• 2+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in agency, staffing, or offshore recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for Sales, Executive Assistant, Customer Support, Marketing, Operations, and Technical roles.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation abilities.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, job boards, and sourcing tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting international remote talent.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based clients.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, ClickUp, Slack, or recruiting CRM platforms.
• Background in staffing, BPO, or offshore recruitment.
