What You'll Be Doing
Build and enhance scalable automated testing frameworks across Salesforce and connected business systems
Create and execute comprehensive test strategies that balance automation with effective exploratory and manual testing
Own test management processes, ensuring test coverage aligns with business requirements and release objectives
Embed automated validation into deployment pipelines to support reliable, predictable releases
Collaborate closely with administrators, developers, architects, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle
Expand and maintain regression coverage as platforms and business processes evolve
Validate integrations and data flow between Salesforce and connected technologies
Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution
Develop robust test data and environment management practices
Deliver release-readiness reporting and quality insights to stakeholders
Evaluate emerging testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies that improve product quality and delivery speed

What You'll Bring
Demonstrated expertise in quality engineering across both automated and manual testing disciplines
Extensive experience managing test plans, execution tracking, reporting, and release validation using enterprise test management platforms
Proven ability to design effective test strategies for complex business applications and workflows
Strong experience with Salesforce testing and modern automation tooling
Working knowledge of Salesforce platform configuration concepts and business process automation
Experience validating APIs, integrations, and end-to-end system interactions
Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery practices
Ability to develop and maintain automation scripts using modern scripting or programming languages
Deep knowledge of testing methodologies, defect management, risk assessment, and quality best practices
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business-focused recommendations
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 USD annually, depending on experience.

Preferred Experience
