What You'll Be Doing
Financial Platform Strategy & Vision
- Define and evolve the product vision for Pax8's next-generation Revenue Lifecycle Management platform.
- Build and manage a strategic roadmap across quoting, fulfillment, metering, foreign exchange, order-to-cash processes, and product information services.
- Align priorities across business needs, technical realities, compliance obligations, and future growth opportunities.
Compliance-Driven Product Leadership
- Transform regulatory and financial requirements into competitive product advantages.
- Partner closely with Finance, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure reliable, auditable, scalable outcomes.
- Champion controls, transparency, and trust without sacrificing innovation or delivery speed.
Building the AI Commerce Layer
- Develop product capabilities supporting emerging AI-driven consumption models and financial transactions.
- Explore and validate new approaches to usage-based billing, token consumption, settlement, and future commerce primitives.
- Enable Pax8 to move quickly in emerging markets while maintaining operational excellence.
Customer & Financial Experience
- Create seamless financial experiences for partners and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure invoicing, billing, reconciliation, and settlement experiences are trusted, intuitive, and scalable.
- Drive platform reliability that supports global growth and operational confidence.
Enterprise Stakeholder Leadership
- Build trusted partnerships with Finance, Operations, Commercial, and Executive Leadership teams.
- Balance business priorities while effectively managing competing needs and trade-offs.
- Serve as a highly visible product leader across the organization.
Team Leadership & Development
- Build and develop a world-class fintech product organization.
- Foster a culture of learning, accountability, innovation, and inclusion.
- Coach product leaders and strengthen organizational product capabilities.
Industry Thought Leadership
- Stay at the forefront of financial infrastructure, digital commerce, AI-enabled transactions, and regulatory evolution.
- Contribute strategic insight to long-term platform investments, partnerships, and acquisitions.
- Help shape the future direction of fintech within Pax8.

What Success Looks Like
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Extensive product leadership experience within platform, fintech, marketplace, billing, or commerce infrastructure environments.
- Proven success defining strategy and delivering complex platform products at scale.
- Deep understanding of subscription lifecycle management, usage-based models, pricing structures, and billing operations.
- Strong knowledge of financial controls, auditability, revenue recognition, taxation, and compliance frameworks within global organizations.
- Technical fluency that enables productive partnership with engineering leaders on architecture, data integrity, platform reliability, and scalability.
- A compelling point of view on the future of AI-native commerce and emerging transaction models.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, influence executives, and align diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience building, developing, and leading high-performing product organizations.
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, AI-enabled product development environments.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills across technical, commercial, operational, and executive audiences.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $250,000 - $300,000 USD annually, depending on experience.
