Reporting to Director, Solutions Consulting & Enablement, you will partner with Revenue organization, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to diagnose performance gaps, deliver targeted solutions, and measure impact.

What You'll Do

  • Develop specialized expertise in learning methodologies and engagement techniques; apply these to assess organizational performance gaps and recommend targeted solutions

  • Design and contribute to onboarding programs for new Revenue team members, including curriculum development, content creation, facilitation, practice activities, and ongoing reinforcement

  • Establish or refine enablement frameworks that align with quarterly business goals and annual company strategy

  • Conduct formal training needs assessments using surveys, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews to identify root causes of performance shortfalls

  • Create comprehensive enablement roadmaps with clear timelines, success metrics, and resource requirements

  • Analyze enablement effectiveness through data; design and implement KPIs to track adoption, completion, and performance outcomes

  • Proactively review company goals and revenue metrics to identify enablement gaps and improvement opportunities

  • Collaborate with leadership to define enablement priorities and ROI; recommend program adjustments based on business results

  • Connect enablement efforts to competitive positioning and market dynamics

Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop content, run workshops, and deliver training at scale

  • Navigate competing enablement priorities between Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success; build influence to resolve adoption friction

  • Manage stakeholder expectations and feedback loops; synthesize input from end-users and partners to continuously improve programs

  • Partner with L&D, HR, and People teams on organizational change management for major enablement launches

  • Coordinate with Product and Marketing on go-to-market enablement for new features and product launches

Change Management & Adoption

  • Design and execute change management strategies for major enablement initiatives

  • Measure adoption and engagement; identify and address barriers to adoption through dialogue and data-driven problem-solving

  • Coach team members and stakeholders on program changes; deliver constructive feedback on enablement effectiveness

  • Demonstrate strong organizational change management capabilities to drive adoption and organizational alignment

Content & Technical Excellence

  • Create and oversee development of enablement content across formats: e-learning, presentations, guides, video, and knowledge management systems

  • Use advanced analytics and reporting to assess training impact and identify trends

  • Integrate and optimize the enablement technology stack (LMS, CRM, knowledge bases), leveraging automation and AI-powered solutions to increase personalization and efficiency

  • Maintain documentation standards and processes that scale as the enablement function grows

We'd love to talk with you if you have:

  • 5-7 years of experience in enablement, training, learning & development, revenue operations, or related field

  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and launching training programs that have improved sales or business outcomes

  • Strong analytical skills; comfort with data reporting, performance metrics, and using insights to drive decisions

  • Excellent collaboration and influence skills; ability to navigate cross-functional environments and competing priorities

  • Proficiency with enablement tools (LMS, CRM, knowledge management platforms) and data analytics; experience with Gong, Claude, Seismic a plus

  • Experience conducting needs assessments and diagnosing root causes of performance gaps

  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present

Nice to Have

  • Background in sales, product, or customer-facing functions (to deepen product/market understanding)

  • Familiarity with Revenue tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Nooks, and related best practices to drive tool adoption and performance

  • Track record of implementing new tools, platforms, or processes

  • Knowledge of sales methodologies, buyer journeys, or go-to-market strategy

  • Project management certification or experience leading large-scale organizational initiatives
