People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, past $10M ARR, with an 80+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our new New York office.
About The Role
We're looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to build and close pipeline in our larger accounts. Bigger deals, more people in the room, and a real commercial case to make. You'll own it end to end, from the first cold conversation to signature.
You'll build your own pipeline into named accounts, work with the SDR team on coverage, and run the full cycle from there: multi-threading across the account and building the commercial narrative that gets AI search visibility onto a team's budget. We are defining the category, so part of the job is teaching the market what good looks like, not waiting for a buyer who already knows they need this.
What You'll Do
Own and run the full sales cycle from first meeting to close across mid-market accounts
Multi-thread across marketing, SEO, growth, and procurement stakeholders, and build the business case that gets a deal signed
Generate your own pipeline into named accounts, and partner with SDRs and Marketing on targeted outbound and ABM across the patch
Keep the CRM and pipeline organised, with a strong handle on forecasting and deal progression
Share customer feedback and work with product and engineering to shape what we build
What We're Looking For
4+ years in a quota-carrying software sales role, closing mid-market deals end to end
A consistent track record of overachievement against quota
Experience running multi-stakeholder deals, including building business cases and navigating procurement
A builder of your own pipeline: you can point to closed deals that started with your own prospecting, not a lead that landed in your inbox
Excellent communication skills and a natural ability for storytelling
Comfortable selling in a category that is still being defined, where you shape the buyer's thinking rather than respond to an existing budget line
Bonus Points
Experience selling SEO, analytics, or martech software
Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment
A track record of selling to marketing, SEO, or growth buyers
