Senior Product Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Engineer to join a lean, high-impact team building agentic AI systems for real world property operations. You will own end to end features, modernize legacy systems and convert complex workflows into reliable, autonomous software that ships value fast.

What You'll Do

• Own features end to end and learn the business to drive independent solutions.

• Design and build agentic AI workflows for guest communication, operational decisions, and property tasks.

• Modernize legacy systems and redesign data structures to meet modern requirements.

• Translate messy processes into clean, production ready software.

• Scope, ship, and iterate on problems rather than only handling tickets.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align product and engineering work.

• Operate with high ownership to deliver results rapidly and safely.

What We're Looking For

• Hands on experience building agentic AI systems and production agents, not just using AI as a feature.

• Strong full stack JavaScript/TypeScript background with experience in React, Node.js, and related technologies.

• Proficiency with a microservices style architecture and AWS stack.

• Product minded with user experience focus and ability to own ambiguous outcomes end to end.

• Excellent English communication and ability to coordinate cross functionally.

• Willingness to relocate to Berlin and work from the office here as required.

• Demonstrated independent builder mindset, with a track record of shipping and entrepreneurial signals or startup experience.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range €90,000-€110,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not provided.

Primary location: Berlin, Germany. On-site at the Berlin office.
