Responsibilities:
- Manage software implementation projects specifically customer onboarding platform migrations and integration projects.
- Clearly define project scopes timelines milestones and budgets.
- Coordinate internal resources and customer teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Proactively identify manage and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients stakeholders and internal teams.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
- Use project management tools (e.g. Jira Trello Asana) effectively to track progress and maintain documentation.
- Prepare accurate project status reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing software projects particularly onboarding and migration projects.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile Scrum Kanban).
- PMP or PMI certification is strongly preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (Jira Trello Asana etc..
- Proven ability to lead technical teams effectively.
- Bachelors degree in Software Engineering Information Technology Business or a related field.
