Job Overview
- SMART Memory(DRAM/Flash) Product Management
- Market trend and Competitor Analysis
- Product Line profit and loss Management
- Product strategy and planning
- Maintain Roadmap/Sales Kit/Price List
- Control naming scheme/Form A process
- Manager Product Development NPI and PCN
- Supplier engagement and roadmap management
- Coordinate HQ Strategy/Penang Manufacturing/Taipei RD to streamline SMART Memory product line RTM/GTM process
- Sales support
- Material planning for MP based on Sales Forecast
- Work with CSR to facilitate sales order fulfillment
- Pre-sales and Sales pitch for customer engagement
- SMART Memory technical question support to sales team
- FAE support : Facilitate process and hand on if needed
- Marketing support
- Create material for product marketing
- Marketing content generation and support for marketing event
Responsibilities
- Study market trend/competitor/customer and define product strategy
- Co-work with HQ/RD/Procurement team to develop SKU with right cost and features
- Able to define product features and turn technical spec. into marketing material
- Coordinate with sales team and marketing to promote SMARTsemi product
- Proactive engagement with sales team to achieve revenue and profit target
- Able to analyze the profit and loss for SMARTsemi/Memory product portfolio
- Co-work with operation team to fulfill customer order and control product transition
Qualifications
Minimum Education: B.S. Degree, MBA is desirable.
Experience
- 5~10 years of Sales/Product Manager related experience in Hi-Tech industry
- Knowledge about DRAM/Flash memory product
- Ever worked in Memory Module house/Distributor(Memory)/IPC(Memory)/Consumer(Memory)
- Experience in Product Lifecycle Management/go-to-market planning
- AI & Automation Fluency: Strong proficiency in applying modern generative AI tools and Agentic frameworks to real-world business problems
- Entrepreneurship to start from zero
- Analytical and problem solving skill
- Proactive to coordinate cross function team to get things done
- Good presentation and interpersonal skill for internal stake holder
- Ability to think, plan and execute with limited resource across multiple tasks
- Familiar with Industrial Memory/Storage ECO system (market/supplier/competitor/customer)
Additional Preferences
- Good communication skill in English, TOEIC 785+ is preferred
