Project Coordinator Internship

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Project Coordinator Intern to join our team at Penta Value. The ideal candidate will support project coordination activities, follow up on tasks and deadlines, and work closely with different teams to ensure projects are progressing smoothly.

This is a full-time, on-site internship, and the selected candidate will be required to work from the company's office.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and following up on project activities and deliverables.
• Track project progress, deadlines, and assigned tasks.
• Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and update project trackers, reports, and documentation.
• Follow up with team members regarding pending tasks and deadlines.
• Attend project meetings and document key discussions and action items.
• Support the Project Manager/Project Lead with daily project coordination activities.
• Identify and communicate potential delays or issues to the relevant team members.
• Ensure effective communication between project stakeholders.
• Perform other project-related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Must be a Computer Science student or enrolled in a closely related field.
• Must have a military service exemption or be legally exempt from military service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and develop.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Important Attendance Requirement

• The internship is full-time and on-site.
• The candidate must be available to work from the office during the company's standard working hours.
• University attendance must be flexible and should not conflict with the required full-time office schedule.
