About PeopleSync
PeopleSync helps South African business owners get their labour compliance right and keep it right. Through LabourSync, our monthly retainer service, clients get employment contracts, policies, disciplinary support and CCMA representation, backed by our own compliance platform and a team of labour law specialists. We work with SMEs of 10 to 300 employees across construction, logistics, manufacturing, hospitality, technology, professional services, security and more. We are growing fast and need someone to own new client growth.
The role
You will own the full sales cycle, from first contact to signed client. You won’t be cold-calling from a phone book: you will work a steady flow of warm inbound leads from our digital campaigns, and build referral relationships of your own. Your job is to understand each business owner’s situation, show them where they’re exposed, and help them see why LabourSync is the right fit.
What you will do
- Contact and qualify inbound leads quickly, and keep follow-up consistent.
- Run online discovery and proposal meetings with business owners and decision makers.
- Take clients through to signed service agreement and debit order mandate.
- Hand new clients over smoothly to our onboarding team.
- Keep the CRM accurate and up to date, and report weekly on your pipeline and conversion.
- Build referral partnerships with accountants, bookkeepers and payroll providers.
- Feed back what you hear from prospects to help shape our marketing and messaging.
What you bring
- At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, selling services to SME owners or senior decision makers.
- A proven record of meeting or beating monthly targets, with numbers to show it.
- Experience running the full cycle: prospecting, meeting, proposal and close.
- Confidence talking about business risk and compliance. You don’t need to be a labour law expert, because our specialists back you up.
- Strong discipline with CRM tools, follow-up and admin.
- Clear, professional written and spoken English.
Advantageous
- Experience selling HR, payroll, accounting, insurance or other professional services.
- Fluency in Afrikaans.
- A network among SME owners or professional advisors.

R18 000 to R23 000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE R40,000 to R45,000 per month)
