Cable TechnicianResponsibilities
- Wiring industrial cabling systems, control panels, and machinery in accordance with technical drawings and applicable standards
- Preparing and assembling cables, connectors, and other components
- Testing and troubleshooting installed systems
- Performing routine maintenance, including visual inspections and replacing wear parts
- Maintaining and updating technical documentation
- Collaborating with engineers and other technicians to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Strictly complying with safety regulations and quality standards
Requirements
- Relevant vocational qualification (e.g. electrical engineering technician or electrician)
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in installing and maintaining industrial cabling systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Basic English skills are an advantage
