Are you an experienced Data & Analytics leader who can translate strategic ambition into measurable business impact while leading a global transformation? Do you thrive in complex international environments where you can build capabilities, influence senior stakeholders and accelerate organisational maturity? The position we are hiring for is located in Breda and an office at Schiphol, the Netherlands. There will be international travel involved as this is a Global position.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will be part of the Global IT - Data & Analytics team and play a key role in accelerating Perfetti Van Melle’s data-driven transformation.
- Lead the global Data & Analytics function and drive the organisation’sData & Analytics maturity agenda.
- Translate strategic objectivesinto tactical and operational plans that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Build and execute the roadmap requiredto increase Data & Analytics maturity and enable scalable AI, automationand productivity initiatives.
- Coach, develop and strengthen the Data & Analytics team while increasing overall team maturity.
- Engage and influence Executive Committee members, local General Managersand senior stakeholders across the organisation.
- Build organisationalbuy-in and create alignment around data, analyticsand transformation initiatives.
- Improve data foundations, governance, analytics capabilitiesand related processes across the enterprise.
- Act as the bridge between business and technology teams to ensure value-driven decision making.
- Lead transformation initiatives and monitorprogress to ensure successful adoption and business impact.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Extensive leadership experience within Data & Analytics environments.
- Proven experience leading organisational, data and business transformation programmes.
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into tactical plans and operational execution.
- Experience working in complex international organisationswith multiple stakeholder groups.
