Peripass is a tech company at heart. We build software that digitises and automates complex logistics environments for companies like Bridgestone, Alpro and Arcelor Mittal. These companies have hundreds of trucks (un)loading every month, and our SaaS platform helps them orchestrate that whole process. Peripass is a high-impact SaaS product used in international enterprise environments.

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll open doors at enterprise level across multiple markets, start conversations with C-level decision-makers, and build the pipeline that fuels our growth. This is your ticket to becoming an Account Executive. This is where strong sales careers begin.

Key responsibilities:

• You will build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads for the French market.

• You proactively reach out to prospects through cold calling, email and LinkedIn. Expect volume: you’ll be making a high number of calls every day and turning conversations into opportunities.

  Let’s be honest: some days will be tough. Prospects won’t pick up. Other days, you’ll book meetings back-to-back. Sales is a rollercoaster, if that excites you, and you have the resilience to push through, you’ll love it here.

• You research and analyse target accounts to uncover their business challenges and identify how Peripass can bring value.

• You presenthigh-impact use cases to prospects, showcasing how leading companies already benefit from Peripass.

• You represent Peripass at fairs and events together with the Sales team.

• You’ll report directly to our Head of Business Development.

Requirements

• A first experience in business development is a plus. No experience yet? Show us your hunger!

• You have a master’s degree. If not, but you are confident in your abilities, show us anyway. We’re always happy to be proven wrong!

• You have the right mindset: commercially minded, goal-oriented, and never giving up.

• Languages: You are a native French speaker. As this role focuses on the French market, perfect written and spoken French is essential.A good level of English is required since that’s our internal language. Any other language is a plus!

• You have excellent communication skills and a natural talent for convincing people. You’re proactive, curious, and eager to learn, always looking for new ways to connect, solve problems, and make an impact.

• We are ISO27001 certified, so you see the importance of Information Security & Cyber Security and you act accordingly. Within Peripass we see these aspects as fundamental to our business, since our software automates critical parts of our clients' logistics processes.

• You live in the Netherlands and are open to working in our brand new office in Amsterdam.
