About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to support and enhance enterprise business process automation initiatives across IT, Security, Identity, and Service Management functions. This role focuses on automating operational workflows, improving process efficiency, and integrating enterprise platforms rather than building or managing infrastructure environments.

What You'll Do:

• Design and implement automation solutions for business and operational workflows
• Automate user lifecycle management processes including onboarding, offboarding, access requests, approvals, and entitlement reviews
• Develop integrations between enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, ITSM systems, and collaboration tools
• Build automated workflows for ticket management, notifications, approvals, and service fulfillment
• Leverage APIs and orchestration tools to eliminate repetitive manual tasks
• Support AI-driven workflow and service automation initiatives
• Collaborate with IT, Security, HR, and Operations teams to identify automation opportunities and operational improvements
• Maintain automation documentation, workflow standards, and operational procedures
• Support governance, audit, and compliance requirements through process automation and reporting
• Participate in customer and stakeholder discussions related to automation initiatives and operational improvements

Expertise You'll Bring:

Experience with automation and enterprise platform integration technologies includes, but is not limited to:

• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Microsoft Entra ID Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
• Microsoft Graph API
• PowerShell and/or Python scripting
• REST APIs and workflow orchestration
• Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts
• ITSM platforms such as:
• ServiceNow
• Fresh service
• Collaboration platforms including:
• Microsoft Teams
• Automation and AI workflow platforms such as:
• Aisera
• Automation Anywhere
• Large language models and their training methods:
• Claude Opus 4.6 / Sonnet 4.6
• GPT-5.x (OpenAI)
• Llama 4 / Llama 3.x
• ServiceNow (GenAI)
