About Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will engage with client stakeholders to develop transformation visions, shape cloud opportunities, and build differentiated Microsoft Azure solutions. This role requires a unique blend of strong infrastructure architecture expertise, consulting experience, business acumen, and pre-sales capabilities.

What You'll Do:
- Engage with clients to understand business objectives, challenges, and transformation goals, translating them into cloud solution strategies.
- Develop and present transformation visions, cloud roadmaps, and modernization approaches aligned with client requirements.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient Microsoft Azure solutions across enterprise environments.
- Collaborate with delivery, engineering, security, and business teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural governance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support pre-sales activities including solution discovery, proposal development, estimation, client presentations, and technical workshops.
- Evaluate existing infrastructure and recommend modernization, migration, and optimization strategies.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging cloud technologies, and Azure innovations to provide differentiated solutions.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 12 to 15 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Architecture, Infrastructure Solutions, or Solution Consulting.
- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Strong expertise in Azure Infrastructure Services, Networking, Compute, Storage, Identity, Security, Monitoring, and Governance.
- Strong understanding of Cloud Architecture patterns, modernization frameworks, and migration strategies.
- Experience engaging directly with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and technology teams.
- Excellent consulting, solutioning, and stakeholder influence skills.
- Demonstrated pre-sales experience including solution design, proposal creation, effort estimation, RFP/RFI responses, and client presentations.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of AWS services and multi-cloud architecture concepts.
- Experience designing hybrid cloud and multi-cloud solutions.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security architecture, governance, compliance, and risk management practices.
- Experience with Azure Landing Zones, Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF), and Well-Architected Framework principles.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automation frameworks.
- Experience with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of cloud-native application architecture and platform services.
- Microsoft Azure certifications, especially Azure Solutions Architect Expert, are highly preferred.
- Experience supporting digital transformation, cloud migration, and modernization initiatives across enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to lead technical workshops, architecture reviews, and strategic transformation discussions.
- Proven ability to balance business requirements, technical feasibility, security, scalability, and cost optimization considerations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams and drive architecture best practices.
