About Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team and drive automation, cloud adoption, and continuous delivery initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable CI/CD pipelines, managing containerized environments, automating infrastructure, and ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of enterprise applications. You will work closely with development, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to accelerate software delivery and support cloud-native transformation initiatives.

What You'll Do:
- Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise deployment automation and platform engineering solutions.
- Design, implement, and support CI/CD pipelines for application build, testing, release management, and deployment.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and OpenShift platforms.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to streamline software delivery processes.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment activities using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools.
- Develop automation scripts and reusable tooling using Shell Scripting, Bash, or Python.
- Monitor application and platform performance and proactively address reliability and scalability concerns.
- Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure, networking, and platform-related issues.
- Implement DevOps best practices to improve release velocity, system reliability, security, and operational efficiency.
- Participate in architecture reviews and technical discussions related to cloud-native platforms and modern application deployment strategies.
- Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives across enterprise environments.
- Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security, governance, and operational standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within DevOps and platform engineering teams.
- Support production environments and provide technical guidance during critical incidents and deployments.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 5-8 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or Application Support.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift administration and application deployment.
- Expertise in Docker and container orchestration technologies.
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, or similar platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Strong Linux/Unix administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.
- Proficiency in Shell Scripting, Bash, or Python automation.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, Splunk, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Experience working with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and containerized applications.
- Understanding of DevSecOps practices, security automation, and infrastructure governance.
- Experience supporting production environments and resolving complex infrastructure issues.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, load balancing, DNS, SSL/TLS, and security best practices.
- Experience working in Agile and Scrum delivery environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
