About Position:

We are seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) with expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, cloud technologies, and backend engineering to build, deploy, and scale AI-powered data accelerator solutions for enterprise customers. This role involves working directly with customers to understand business challenges and deliver production-ready AI solutions that leverage modern GenAI and agentic frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing AI applications, deploying cloud-native solutions, building scalable backend services, and implementing agent-based workflows. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to drive successful implementations from proof of concept through production deployment across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.

What You'll Do:

• Deploy, customize, and optimize Agentic AI-based data accelerator solutions for enterprise customers.
• Work closely with customers to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable AI-powered solutions.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Python, FastAPI, Flask, and RESTful architecture principles.
• Design and implement agentic workflows that leverage LLMs, tools, memory management, and orchestration frameworks.
• Deploy, monitor, and support AI applications across AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud platforms.
• Integrate Generative AI components including RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search capabilities.
• Develop and integrate lightweight user interfaces and dashboards using React.
• Collaborate with product, platform, architecture, and sales engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Support solution deployment, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and production readiness activities.
• Contribute to reusable AI accelerators, deployment frameworks, and implementation best practices.
• Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and customer workshops.
• Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices, testing standards, and operational excellence.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5-8 years of experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, platform development, or related roles.
• Strong programming expertise in Python and backend application development.
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Flask, RESTful API design, and microservices architectures.
• Practical experience building and deploying Generative AI and LLM-powered applications.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks, AI agents, and agent-based workflow orchestration.
• Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector search, and prompt engineering techniques.
• Hands-on experience working with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Working knowledge of React and frontend integration for AI-based applications and demonstrations.
• Understanding of software deployment, containerization, scalability, and cloud-native application design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Experience working directly with customers in implementation, consulting, or deployment-focused engagements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt AI solutions to diverse customer environments and business requirements.
