About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect specializing in Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint to join our dynamic team in Pune, India. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in solution design and integration with Azure services, SAP/ERP systems, and other enterprise applications. This role is critical in driving our digital transformation initiatives and ensuring seamless integration across platforms.

What You'll Do:

• Design and implement robust solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
• Lead integration efforts with Azure services, SAP/ERP systems, and other third-party applications to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Conduct system architecture reviews and performance tuning to optimize application performance and scalability.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive and innovative.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong expertise in SharePoint, including architecture, development, and administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience with Azure services and cloud-based architectures.
• Solid understanding of SAP/ERP systems and their integration with other platforms.
• Hands-on experience with D365, AgilePoint, and InfoPath.
• Proven track record in solution design and implementation in an Agile environment.
• Certifications in Microsoft technologies, particularly in Power Platform and SharePoint.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Wealth of experience in technical architecture with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and industry-aligned architecture solutions.
• Strong leadership skills to guide teams through complex projects.
