About Position
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Developer to join our team for the UHC initiative on the Surest ASO New Business Project. This role is critical to the successful delivery of a high-priority strategic initiative with an aggressive 24-week timeline. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI technology and programming, with a focus on collaboration and communication with various stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with UHC, Optum, and Palantir stakeholders to clarify requirements, validate data, and conduct testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure data quality and regulatory alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as the primary liaison between U.S.-based stakeholders, Palantir teams, and offshore development resources.
- Drive critical decisions, remove delivery roadblocks, and maintain execution momentum.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance coding, documentation, data analysis, and decision-making workflows.
- Stay current with evolving AI capabilities and apply them to improve delivery quality and velocity.
Mandatory Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in AI technology and programming, with expertise in AI ML, Azure IaaS, Databricks, PySpark, and CI CD & DevOps.
- At least 3 years of experience with AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 copilot, and other GenAI Agents.
- Proven experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in AI/ML development.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Kafka Messaging Bus.
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a baseline proficiency in enterprise-approved AI tools, maintaining a minimum of 90% weekly usage. You will leverage these tools to enhance productivity and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
