About Position:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Agentic AI Developer to design and deliver enterprise-scale Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions on AWS. The role focuses on building autonomous and multi-agent systems using Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, RAG, MCP, and modern AI orchestration frameworks.You will develop secure, scalable, and production-ready AI applications by integrating LLMs with enterprise systems, APIs, and cloud-native AWS services.

What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale Agentic AI applications on AWS.
- Build and orchestrate autonomous AI agents using Amazon Bedrock Agents and AgentCore.
- Design multi-agent systems capable of solving complex business workflows and tasks.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions leveraging Bedrock Knowledge Bases and vector databases.
- Implement AI agent memory management, context-awareness, and dynamic memory strategies.
- Develop MCP-based integrations and tool-calling capabilities for AI agents.
- Build connectors and integrations with enterprise systems, APIs, SaaS platforms, and third-party applications.
- Design scalable AI workflows using AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, DynamoDB, and S3.
- Develop secure, observable, and production-ready AI applications following cloud-native best practices.
- Collaborate with architects, data engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to define AI solution architectures.
- Participate in technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, cost efficiency, and scalability.
- Stay current with advancements in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and AWS AI services.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 5-12 years of experience in Software Engineering, Cloud Engineering, AI Engineering, or Solution Development.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Amazon Bedrock and AWS AI services.
- Experience developing applications using Bedrock Agents and Amazon AgentCore.
- Hands-on experience building Agentic AI and Multi-Agent systems in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of RAG architectures, Bedrock Knowledge Bases, embeddings, and vector search solutions.
- Experience implementing Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations and AI workflow orchestration.
- Knowledge of Dynamic Memory management and contextual reasoning within AI applications.
- Strong software engineering and coding skills using Python, Java, or related technologies.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and SaaS platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and AWS services including Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, and IAM.
- Experience building scalable, reliable, and secure production-grade AI solutions.
- Understanding of LLM evaluation, monitoring, governance, and responsible AI practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
