Senior DotNet Full Stack Developer

About Position:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior .NET Full Stack Developer with 10 to 12 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, Angular, REST APIs, SQL Server, and modern software development practices. In addition to hands-on development responsibilities, this role requires technical leadership experience, mentoring of team members, and driving successful project delivery in an Agile environment.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET Core/.NET and Angular.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate backend services with frontend applications.
• Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Write clean, maintainable, secure, and efficient code following SOLID principles and coding standards.
• Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and design sessions.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor and guide development team members by conducting code reviews and providing technical recommendations.
• Participate in effort estimation, sprint planning, and project execution activities.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, code optimization, and application performance tuning.
• Design and implement Microservices-based solutions and enterprise integrations.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development and DevOps best practices.
• Support production deployments, release management, and issue resolution activities.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve productivity and development efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to software development standards, security guidelines, and quality processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 10 to 12 years of hands-on experience in software development using C#, .NET, and .NET Core technologies.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading development teams and managing technical deliverables.
• Strong expertise in ASP.NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework Core.
• Hands-on experience with Angular (v12+), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong SQL Server knowledge including database design, complex queries, stored procedures, functions, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs and Microservices-based applications.
• Strong understanding of Design Patterns, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Dependency Injection, and SOLID principles.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, GitHub, or similar version control platforms.
• Knowledge of CI/CD implementation and DevOps practices.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks and test-driven development practices.
• Familiarity with cloud-based application development and deployment concepts.
• Understanding of secure coding standards and application security principles.
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to drive technical decisions and mentor junior developers.
