About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and drive the successful execution of large-scale technology and business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in project planning, governance, delivery management, stakeholder engagement, and risk management. This role requires a seasoned leader who can effectively manage cross-functional teams, ensure project delivery excellence, and align outcomes with organizational objectives while maintaining scope, schedule, quality, and budget commitments.

What You'll Do:

• Lead projects from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure through successful transition to business operations.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria in alignment with business goals.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
• Drive Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies based on project requirements.
• Establish project governance frameworks and ensure adherence to organizational delivery standards.
• Manage project risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and change requests through effective RAID management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, vendors, partners, and clients to ensure seamless execution.
• Facilitate project reviews, steering committee meetings, governance forums, and stakeholder updates.
• Monitor project performance, delivery metrics, and quality standards to ensure successful outcomes.
• Manage project financials, resource allocation, utilization, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure timely escalation of critical risks and issues while driving resolution plans.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Drive continuous process improvements and delivery excellence initiatives.
• Support organizational transformation, modernization, and strategic business objectives.
• Ensure clear documentation, reporting, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 14-18 years of overall professional experience with a strong background in Project Management and Technology Delivery.
• Minimum 7+ years of hands-on Project Management experience managing medium to large-scale initiatives.
• Strong expertise in project planning, execution, governance, monitoring, and delivery management.
• Proven experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, quality, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing RAID logs, project status reporting, governance reviews, and executive communication.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional and geographically distributed project teams.
• Experience coordinating with business leaders, clients, vendors, and external partners.
• Strong understanding of project financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience driving organizational change and business transformation initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
