E-commerce Product & UX Assistant

We are currently looking for an E-commerce Product & UX Assistant to join our Pawsome E-commerce Team. The role reports to the E-commerce Platform & UI/UX Supervisor.

Your Role

As an E-commerce Product & UX Assistant, you will support the daily operations, maintenance and continuous improvement of our e-Commerce platforms. By managing day-to-day platform activities, implementing promotional and content updates, monitoring website functionality, handling operational issues and coordinating with external technology partners, you will help ensure a smooth, reliable and user-friendly online experience for our customers. You will also contribute to the implementation of e-Commerce projects and platform improvements, working closely with the E-commerce Platform & UI/UX Supervisor.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Platform Operations: Manage day-to-day website updates, promotions, content, product/category configurations and platform settings.

• Issue Management: Monitor website functionality, troubleshoot routine operational issues and escalate more complex cases when needed.

• Ticketing & Partner Coordination: Document technical issues, support ticket follow-ups and coordinate with external technology partners.

• Project Support: Contribute to e-Commerce projects, new functionalities, testing, UAT and implementation activities.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve platform processes, functionality and the overall online customer experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in e-Commerce operations, website administration or a similar role will be considered an advantage.

• Familiarity with e-Commerce platforms and content management systems.

• Basic understanding of online promotions, discount rules, and product and category management.

• Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external technology partners.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Good command of English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Magento.

• Familiarity with ticketing systems and task/project management tools.

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and website functionality.

• Experience with website testing, UAT and issue tracking.

• Familiarity with e-Commerce integrations, APIs or data feeds.
