Operations Manager

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily operations of the Banang Project to ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices specific to the project.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-efficiency.
• Supervise and coordinate cross-functional teams (site staff, contractors, vendors, or department heads as applicable).
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare regular progress reports and updates for senior management/stakeholders.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and external partners to ensure timely delivery of materials/services.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Support recruitment, training, and performance management of operations staff.
