Обязанности:

  • Прием и своевременная обработка звонков и заявок;

  • Обработка и регистрация входящих и исходящих документов;

  • Обеспечение своевременного заведения, исполнения и контроль согласования задач в системах электронного документооборота:

    - заведение входящих, исходящих и внутренних документов на согласование (Приказы, ЛНА);

    - контроль передачи на подпись/с подписи согласованных документов;

    - контроль ознакомления сотрудников с документами компании;

  • Обеспечение учета и хранения оригиналов документов/предоставление документов по запросам;

  • Техническая работа с документами (копирование, сканирование, сшивка, нумерация, подбор документов в архиве).

Требования:

  • Высшее образование;
  • Опыт работы в аналогичной сфере от 1 года;
  • Опытный пользователь Ms office-Word, Outlook, Excel,желательно опыт работы с любыми БД ,SAP, ЭДО, 1С;
  • Коммуникативные навыки (грамотная речь: письменная /устная, умение четко и аргументированно излагать мысли).

Условия:

  • Официальное оформление по ТК РФ;
  • Заработная плата состоит из оклада + квартально-годовая система премирования;
  • График работы: 5/2, с 09:00 до 17:30;
  • ДМС со стоматологией, страхование жизни, страхование в путешествиях;
  • Подарки сотрудникам и детям к праздникам;
  • Офис: бизнес-центр "Москва-Сити".
