JOB PURPOSE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PHINIA is looking for a “Management Trainee” to work at its plant in Izmir for the Direct Purchasing Department.

What we are looking for
- Graduating from the Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc.
- Strong interest in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management and Automotive Industry processes
- Knowledge of sourcing processes, cost analysis and supplier management is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a dynamic project environment
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Passionate to learn and eager to take initiative
- Team player with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
*The management trainee program is based on an 11-month fixed-term contract.
