Mandatory education: Bachelor's EQF 6 in Computer Science, Communication, Business Management, Public Administration, Statistics or equivalent
Minimum IT experience: Master's: 15 years | Bachelor's: 17 years | Secondary education: Not eligible years
Mandatory language(s): English C1 AND another official EU language B2+
Mandatory technical experience
· Master's: 15 years in each of recognised PM methods such as PRINCE2/PMBOK/Agile/Scrum/Lean and developing/maintaining project plans covering resources, risks, dependencies, milestones and quality. Bachelor's-specific duration for these competencies is not stated. All levels: 5 years each in PM software such as Jira/Microsoft Project and collaboration platforms such as Confluence/SharePoint.
Mandatory skills and delivery experience
· 10 years each: identifying issues, analysing causes and proposing solutions; producing structured technical documentation, reports, specifications and presentations.
Mandatory certifications: One of PM2, PMP or PRINCE2; equivalents accepted.
Additional / advantageous criteria
Optional education: Master's EQF 7 in Computer Science, Communication, Business Management, Public Administration, Statistics or equivalent
Relevant sector experience: 3 years each: international/intergovernmental organisations or central national administrations; pharma, health or agrifood.
