We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our team. The role involves providing first-line support, handling routine incidents, and ensuring smooth operation of Microsoft 365 and network services.
Key responsibilities
Provide initial support and troubleshooting for user incidents, gathering relevant information and delivering requested services.
Perform network patching tasks both at equipment locations and within technical rooms.
Support Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Planner, To-Do) and manage mobile devices via MDM platforms.
Administer Active Directory, including user provisioning, group management, and password resets.
Conduct IT asset inventory activities, including barcode scanning, stock monitoring, and data wiping in compliance with policies.
Assist with remote access troubleshooting, videoconferencing setups, and Webex/Web-streaming support.
Required qualifications
Over 5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
Proficiency in English and French.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 operating systems.
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Active Directory management.
Familiarity with network patching, mobile device management, and remote access troubleshooting.
Nice to have
Experience with WipeDrive and Webex tools.
Background in inventory management and IT asset lifecycle processes.
Exposure to videoconferencing and hybrid meeting support.
