Mandatory education: Bachelor's EQF 6 in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing or equivalent
Minimum IT experience: Master's: 10 years | Bachelor's: 12 years | Secondary education: Not eligible years

Mandatory technical experience
· 5 years each: verifying interaction between UI and back-end APIs; translating business/user requirements into intuitive, functional, responsive and visually coherent UI; analysing user journeys through heuristic review/task analysis/analytics review; prototyping; HTML5/JavaScript/ES6/CSS3; front-end frameworks such as AngularJS/Angular/React/Vue/Bootstrap/Dojo. 3 years each: design systems including style guides/tokens/components/templates, versioned libraries, guidelines and governance; version control/CI.
Mandatory skills and delivery experience
· 3 years producing structured technical documentation, reports, specifications and presentations.
Additional / advantageous criteria
Optional education: Master's EQF 7 in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing or equivalent
Relevant sector experience: 3 years each: international/intergovernmental organisations or central national administrations; pharma, health or agrifood.
Additional technical experience: 3 years each: issue tracking/collaboration such as Jira/Confluence/SharePoint; EU accessibility and data-protection rules.
Optional certifications: One of UXQB CPUX-F, Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification, Google UX Design Certificate or a certification in AI concepts; equivalents accepted.
Additional languages: Another official EU language B2+
