Pickle is a peer-to-peer fashion rental platform where people rent and lend outfits within their communities.

We’re expanding into new markets and are recruiting Growth Fellows and Brand Ambassadors to help bring Pickle to life locally.

What You’ll Do

If you're the kind of person who loves to make things happen - whether it’s organizing a buzz-worthy meetup, getting your friends to try the new thing first, or driving downloads at your neighborhood hot spot - this is your chance to help grow a fast-moving fashion startup from the ground up.

You’ll work closely with the Pickle team to bring Pickle to life locally, in a way that matches your availability and track.

• Introduce Pickle to your world-group chats, clubs, communities, workplaces, social circles (think: hosting a styling session, organizing a founder talk, curating a Pickle lookbook for your next event, or getting your friend group to start renting together)

• Activate around key moments-date parties, trips, formals, nights out, weddings, galas

• Drive downloads and first rentals through word-of-mouth and social

• Plan and host IRL activations (pop-ups, events, tabling, etc.) → Growth Fellows: 1+/week → Brand Ambassadors: 1+/month

• Be our eyes + ears-share feedback, trends, and what’s actually happening in your community

Tracks

We offer three tracks depending on your availability and how involved you want to be:

Campus Growth Fellow

• 3-month program during the school year (with potential to extend, based on performance)

• ~8-10 hrs/week (flexible), including weekly IRL activations & commitment to join a weekly meeting

• Available for weekday + weekend moments

• Best for students or those with flexible schedules

• Comp: Pickle credits + referral cash + performance bonuses + exclusive perks (top Fellows earn $1,000+/month)

Campus Growth Fellow

• 11-week program (with potential to extend, based on performance)

• ~3-4 hrs/week, including at least one monthly IRL activation & commitment to join a weekly meeting

• Available for weekend + evening moments

• Best for students or grads balancing an internship or job (or someone with a flexible schedule!)

• Comp: Pickle credits + referral cash + performance bonuses + exclusive perks (top Fellows earn $500+/month)

Brand Ambassador

• ~1-month commitment (with potential to extend, based on performance)

• ~2-3 hrs/week, including one monthly activation & commitment to join a weekly meeting

• Designed to fit alongside a full-time job

• Comp: Pickle credits + referral cash + exclusive perks (top Fellows earn $300+/month)

Requirements

We're less fussed about years of experience or specific degrees.

We’re looking for people who:

• Are resourceful self-starters with strong hustle and follow-through-you bring real startup energy

• Are well-connected in your community, campus, or city and enjoy bringing people together

• Have great taste and cultural intuition-you know what’s trending and what people are excited about

• Communicate clearly and confidently, both online and IRL

• Are organized, proactive, and able to move quickly

• Are excited about Pickle and genuinely want to help grow what we’re building

Growth Fellow Track

• Can commit ~8-10 hours/week for 3 months

• Comfortable showing up IRL on a regular basis to host pop-ups and activations

• Excited by hands-on execution, experimentation, and ownership

Brand Ambassador Track

• Can commit ~2-3 hours/week for ~1 month

• Enjoys sharing products organically within existing networks

• Looking for a flexible way to get involved

The Connector

You’re tapped into your local scene - whether it's your campus or buzzy neighborhood communities. You are deeply tapped into social networks in your city and are a trusted source your peers look to for recommendations.

The Supply Maven

You’ve got great taste and know others with incredible closets. Maybe you’re a stylist, a creator, or just the fashion girlie one everyone turns to for outfit help. You can list 10+ people in your network whose closets you can help upload onto Pickle.

The Event Host

You have experience hosting events and know how to bring people together - whether it’s a popup at a local spot you love, an upload party, or a community meetup. You can pull off a high-impact event on a low budget and still make it fun, intentional, and on-brand. Plus, you're detail oriented, and can execute quickly without a hitch.

The Jack of All Trades

You wear multiple hats and get scrappy. One day you’re handing out gift cards on a main street, the next you're popping up at a buzzy workout studio, and the next you’re helping someone upload someone's wardrobe that you just met. You're eager to roll up your sleeves and are creative to drive meaningful growth.
