Du bist ein Organisationstalent, behältst immer den Überblick und freust dich darüber, Mitarbeitenden helfen zu können? Als HR Admin (m/w/d) fungierst du für unsere Mitarbeitenden im Fulfillment Center (FC) in Sehnde als Ansprechperson in den unterschiedlichsten Bereichen. 

Das erwartet dich

  • Mitarbeiterbetreuung: Betreue unsere Shopper (Kommissionierer) zuverlässig in jeglichen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen, wie beispielsweise zu Arbeitszeiten, Dienstplänen oder Urlaubstagen
  • Verwaltung:  Pflege interne Datenbänke und Personalunterlagen sowie auch interne Tools wie z.B. das Zeiterfassungssystem
  • HR-Assistenz: Führe erste Personalgespräche und unterstütze bei der Durchführung einfacher arbeitsrechtlicher Maßnahmen
  • Onboarding: Arbeite neue Mitarbeitende am jeweiligen Standort ein
  • Teamkoordination: Organisiere den Austausch mit den jeweiligen HR Business Partnern und HR Admins, sowie den Fulfillment Center Leads, Supervisors und weiteren Picnic Kolleg:innen

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt im Personalwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste einschlägige Berufserfahrungen im Personalwesen 
  • Grundkenntnisse im deutschen Arbeitsrecht 
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und eine ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz
  • Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Bereitschaft für die Präsenz vor Ort
