Accounts Receivable Assistant

Accounts Receivable Assistant

Responsibilities  include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

• Customer invoicing, including preparation of any other documentation required by and for the customer location and processes
• Credit Control on a global basis
• Customer Onboarding
• Management of customers within the accounts systems
• Preparation and filing of sales tax data
• Reporting as necessary

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable, ideally within a software or fintech environment.
• Strong PC skills on Excel, Word, Outlook, and with recognized accounting systems - ideally some prior exposure to Oracle Cloud financial systems.
• Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Good understanding of accounting principles
• Experience working in a multi-national environment desirable

Working Arrangements 

This is a Hybrid position with weekly time in the office with the flexibility of working from home. Though travel may be requiredfrom time to time, it is not expected to be regular or frequent. The role holder will be expected to work whatever hours are necessary for the performance of this role (recognizing that it involves multiple jurisdictions/geographiesincluding but not limited to EMEA, USA and APAC).
