Sobre a vaga

We are looking for a Platform Engineer to join our product team and contribute to the operation, reliability, and continuous improvement of our platform in a cloud environment. Working within a platform engineering team delivering services to technology teams and end users, you will collaborate closely with senior engineers and DevOps specialists.

O que vais fazer

• Contribute to day-to-day platform operations following established procedures (e.g. maintenance activities)
• Support deployment activities and perform platform administration in line with access and operational standards
• Help ensure platform activities are properly tracked and documented
• Collaborate with relevant peers (engineers or users) to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Monitor platform health and alerts, escalate issues when appropriate, and support their resolution
• Contribute to process improvements by identifying recurring issues and suggesting pragmatic enhancements
• Apply security and operational practices in daily activities
• Collaborate with users and your product team to resolve issues efficiently
• Handle user requests and support tickets in a timely and professional manner
• Provide support for incidents, service requests, and user questions
• Contribute to improving support quality and operational efficiency
• Work within an Agile team and contribute to team ceremonies and coordination
• Communicate clearly on incidents, requests, and operational follow-up

O que é pedido

• Hands-on exposure to cloud environments (AWS preferred)
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices, infrastructure automation, and operational best practices
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in a platform engineering environment

• Service-oriented mindset with attention to quality and user impact
• Comfortable working with both technical teams and business users
• Proactive, reliable, and focused on continuous improvement
• Good communication skills in English
• Willingness to travel when required (Geneva, Luxembourg)
• Please note that a Portuguese valid work permit is required

Valorizado

• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or scripting is a plus
• Experience with monitoring, ticketing, or support tools is an advantage
• Interest in AI tools and willingness to explore practical use cases is a plus
• Experience with data platforms such as Snowflake
• Experience with a citizen development platform (such as coder)
• Experience with Kubernetes
• French is a plus
