Solution Architect - Vietnam

About the Role

We are looking for a hardworking Solutions Architect with 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity and a passion for turning security validation into measurable customer outcomes. Reporting to the Solution Architect Manager, APAC, you will be part of the regional SA team and partner with Account Executives and channel partners to win new business and grow our Enterprise customer base. This position requires a technically credible professional who is comfortable working across teams and has a record of contributing to closed deals and customer expansion.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Account Executives, the Regional Sales Manager, and channel partners to win new business and grow the Enterprise customer base,
• Bring deep knowledge of the Picus platform to help the sales team present and position it to prospects and customers,
• Run technical discovery to understand customer needs, challenges, and infrastructure, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle,
• Deliver tailored live demos and proof-of-value engagements that show how Picus helps customers validate their defenses and reduce exposure,
• Respond to technical sections of RFPs and RFIs with clear and compelling answers,
• Work with sales and product teams to design and refine solutions that connect security detail to business outcomes,
• Work alongside Customer Success to support adoption and spot expansion opportunities,
• Educate partners on the technical aspects of the Picus platform to help them sell more effectively and accelerate revenue,
• Relay feedback from the field to product and engineering teams to contribute to ongoing product improvement.

What You Have

• Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and Sales Engineering or Customer Success experience in Security, Cloud, or Network Systems,
• 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Engineering or Customer Success role,
• Demonstrated success building executive relationships and driving strategic account planning,
• Broad technology experience across risk visibility and prioritization, SIEM, EDR, cloud architecture, networking, security, and IT transformation,
• Understanding of solution architecture and design across on-prem and cloud environments,
• Experience managing complex customer lifecycles from onboarding through renewal and expansion,
• A consultative, proactive, and outcome-focused approach,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
