  • Remote-Support auf Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil

  • Schnittstelle zwischen Enduser und Technik - du übersetzt Bedürfnisse verständlich und lösungsorientiert
  • Verantwortung für eine hohe User Happiness und ein durchgängig positives Serviceerlebnis

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Informatik oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung
  • Gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Microsoft Client-Betriebssysteme und MS Office
  • Sicherer Umgang mit IT-Systemen und Freude an Technik
  • Empathie, Geduld und Kommunikationsstärke im direkten Kontakt mit Userinnen
  • Erfahrung im Finanz- & Versicherungswesen
  • Teamplayer, der Service Exzellenz lebt und weiterentwickeln möchte
