Business Controller

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Business Controller who can turn financial and business data into clear insights, challenge assumptions and help our teams make better decisions. You will work closely with management and different functions across our international business, becoming an important link between finance and operations.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Develop and maintain effective financial controlling processes across the company.
• Prepare, review and validate financial models, budgets and business plans.
• Develop and strengthen pricing models and support data-driven pricing decisions.
• Monitor and analyse company and project-level revenue, costs, margins and profitability.
• Contribute to business strategy, budgeting and forecasting through financial analysis, insights and recommendations.
• Develop analytical tools, dashboards and automation solutions to improve financial reporting and decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with different departments and provide guidance on financial planning, ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Develop and strengthen internal control and monitoring procedures.
• Contribute to the development of financial processes and methodologies and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in financial analysis, business controlling or a similar finance role, or relevant experience within a Big Four firm.
• Experience working with analytical and reporting tools.
• Strong experience working with large datasets, including structuring, processing and analysing data.
• Good understanding of financial statements and management accounting principles.
• Fluent Lithuanian and English at B2 level or higher.
