Growth Marketing Manager

We are hiring a Growth and Marketing Manager to own demand generation through our email, web, and social channels. Note: Pinegap's newsletter email content is generated automatically by our investment research-specific AI agents, personalized to each fund's workflows and the companies they hold. Your job is to optimize what happens after the email is opened. Primary objective: Maximize conversion from newsletter email opens to website traffic to demos booked on the platform. Secondary objectives: Grow Pinegap's Twitter/X presence organically and improve reply rates on email and LinkedIn outreach.

Responsibilities:

• Convert newsletter traffic into booked demos: own deliverability, open rates, click-through to the website, and demo booking conversion.
• Content itself is produced by Pinegap's automated AI agents based on each user's holdings and workflows.
• Run continuous experiments across subject lines and send timing, segmentation, CTAs, and landing pages to lift open-to-traffic and traffic-to-demo conversion rates.
• Revamp the Pinegap website to sharpen messaging and improve conversion to demos.
• Improve SEO and AEO (answer engine optimization) so Pinegap surfaces in both search engines and AI assistants.
• Grow followers and customers on Twitter/X organically: content strategy, posting cadence, and engagement with the finance and fintech audience.
• Run ABM campaigns targeting hedge funds, multi-manager platforms, mutual funds, RIAs, and wealth managers, including account list building, personalized campaigns, and tight alignment with sales.
• Improve reply rates on email and LinkedIn outreach in partnership with sales.
• Track what is working and optimize for conversions across the full funnel: opens, CTR, website traffic, demos booked, outbound reply rates, and X engagement

Requirements:

• 5+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing.
• Worked at a vertical SaaS company (a product built for a specific vertical or niche market, not horizontal), with 2+ years continuously at that company.
• Been at a Series A or later-stage startup.
• Hands-on experience running ABM campaigns.
• Grown an audience on Twitter/X organically, not just through ads.
• Proven track record of using email as a growth channel with measurable traffic and pipeline impact.

Nice to Have:

• Experience marketing to financial services, hedge funds, or investment research.
• Comfortable with marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Worked in a fast-moving, high-growth startup before.
• Top MBA college.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM products or the MCP ecosystem.
