We are currently hiring for a Founding Account Executive opportunity with PineGap, a fast-growing AI startup building AI agents for some of Wall Street's leading investment firms. You'll be among the first AEs hired to build the company's outbound sales engine, working directly with the leadership team to shape the GTM motion from the ground up. If you're someone who enjoys creating opportunities rather than following an established playbook, this is a rare chance to make a lasting impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and own your outbound pipeline from scratch.
  • Prospect and engage senior decision-makers across the US market.
  • Run discovery calls and drive enterprise sales cycles.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineers who handle product demos, allowing you to focus on relationship building and closing.
  • Help define the outbound sales playbook for a high-growth AI company.

Requirements:

  • 5-7+ years of B2B SaaS/enterprise sales experience.
  • Proven experience selling into the US market.
  • Strong track record of outbound prospecting and self-sourcing opportunities.
  • Experience engaging C-Level and senior business stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup where you'll help build processes from the ground up.
