The FP&A Manager will Partner closely with our Sales and business teams and turn financial data into actionable commercial decisions.
Responsibilities
- Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Partner closely with our Sales and business teams and turn financial data into actionable commercial decisions.
- Lead FP&A, forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis.
- Partner with Sales & business leaders to understand pipeline, conversion, revenue and growth opportunities.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support fast-paced business decisions.
- Analyse sales pipeline, revenue, margins and business trends.
- Build financial models, dashboards and management reporting.
- Identify risks, opportunities and actions to improve growth and profitability.
- All other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications
4 - years in Commercial Finance, FP&A or Business Finance with Strong understanding of Sales / commercial pipeline and performance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Excel / Power BI capabilities.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and high-volume ad-hoc analysis.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge and influence.
