Talent Acquisition Associate

• Proactively headhunt candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms
• Build talent pipelines before positions become urgent
• Search and reactivate candidates from existing databases, Excel trackers and previous hiring pipelines
• Screen applicants and assess communication, motivation, character and potential
• Conduct candidate outreach through LinkedIn, phone, WhatsApp and email
• Build relationships with universities, student organizations and career offices
• Identify career fairs, hiring events, communities and partnerships worth participating in
• Build and maintain structured candidate databases
• Track salary expectations, candidate feedback and hiring-market trends
• Coordinate interviews and maintain a strong candidate experience
• Experiment with new sourcing channels and report what is actually working

Requirements

• An excellent communicator in English
• Naturally curious and resourceful
• Comfortable reaching out to people you've never spoken to
• A good judge of people and character
• Organized and reliable with follow-through
• Persistent when the obvious approach isn't working
• Comfortable with targets and measurable output
• Someone who creates work for themselves instead of waiting to be assigned it
