About the Job

We are seeking for an experienced Product Lead to join our fast-growing subsidiary ODS SA, member of Piraeus Group. As a Product Lead, you will own the Product Vision, Product Strategy and Product Roadmap. Working across business, technology and operations, you will translate customer needs, business objectives and operational requirements into product initiatives that deliver measurable value. You will play a key role in shaping the evolution of our platform, digital customer journeys and operating model.

Responsibilities:

• Own and continuously evolve the Product Vision, Strategy and Roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
• Define product priorities, business requirements and delivery outcomes, aligned with company objectives.
• Translate business, customer and operational needs into product initiatives, user stories, functional requirements and specifications.
• Lead product discovery, requirements workshops, process analysis and solution-design activities.
• Ensure business priorities and customer needs are consistently represented throughout product design, development and delivery.
• Review, challenge and refine requirements, scope changes and proposed solutions to ensure problems are being solved in the right way.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and implementation partners, to ensure alignment on scope, priorities, outcomes and successful execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, operational processes, automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Define, monitor and continuously improve product KPIs and business outcomes, using data and customer insights to guide decisions.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field (MSc, BSc).
• 6-8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Digital Product Delivery.
• Proven experience owning digital products, product roadmaps and business requirements from discovery through delivery.
• Strong understanding of Product Strategy, Product Lifecycle Management and Agile product development.
• Strong business analysis, process mapping, requirements management and structured problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience working with software engineering and delivery teams, technology vendors and/or implementation partners.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence, challenge assumptions and drive alignment across business and technology teams.
• Good understanding of APIs, integrations, SaaS platforms, workflow systems, cloud technologies and AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience in banking, lending, fintech, payments or another regulated industry will be considered a strong advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment, managing ambiguity while maintaining a clear focus on outcomes.
